The Pearl & Prodigal is a Christian podcast envisioned as a gathering place for encouraging Bible studies. This podcast is developed by Matthew Henderson. Matthew lives in College Station, Texas with his wife of 29 years, Paula. Together they have four children.

Matthew has been preaching and teaching Bible classes for over a decade throughout central Texas, and has been blessed to speak in multiple places throughout the Philippines. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University (B.S. in journalism), and received a B.A. in Biblical studies from Heritage Christian University in Florence, AL. He most recently completed a Master of Arts in Theological Studies (Biblical languages track) at Houston Christian University in 2022.
